Baltimore Brass has a used one for sale now. It's "on hold," so you should try calling David sooner rather than later.

The first person I emailed a couple times but no response. The pt6 at Baltimore Brass, I know the person who has the tuba on hold and I'm pretty sure he's going to purchase.
