I'm pretty sure the brass section is 4331, so yes.

All Gershwin's orchestral works, so far as I know, had tuba parts.

there is a tuba part. there is one lick on the 2nd page that is somewhat exposed with you and the bass trombone. could go fast depending on the pianist. it is a fun piece to play.
