Who publishes this piece and from whom can the score and parts be borrowed/rented/purchased?

OK - the details as on my LP are :-

Classics for Brass
Philip Jones Brass Ensemble

Short Fanfare from the Festmusik der Stadt Wein
R. Strauss arr Geoffrey Emerson
pub Boosey and Hawkes

I played this once on a course years ago and as I remember it's scored for loads of trumpets, horns, trombones and 2 Tuba's. The parts were printed parts but as for current availability I can't help.

Isn't there a difference between the Vienna Philharmonic Fanfare and the Fanfare Stadt Wein?

Upon reflection I'm also pretty certain that there has been a Brass Band arrangement done - I'll have a poke around
