I need help with prgram notes

Hey everyone I got my recital coming up this weekend and I have had the hardest time finding program notes for two of my pieces and was wondering if I could get some help. The two pieces are "Andante and Rondo from Concerto for double bass" by Antonio Cappuzzi arr. by Philip Catilinet
And the other is "Three Minatures" by Anthony Plog. If anyone could help me that would be great.

Philip Catelinet
can't find his life dates

He played tuba with the London Symphony. The Vaughan Williams Tuba Concerto was written for him. He was an officer (pastor) in the Salvation Army.
