What were the more interesting album covers you came home with as a teenager? As a 'Herb Alpert' fan, I had all his records and played my cornet along with every song. When I came home with "Whipped Cream and Other Delights" my mom wanted to make sure I "didn't buy it just for the picture".

Not really the kindest comment I have seen (and this is on Herb's own site!) I had a pedagogy teacher make the same remark, and then he told us how Herb's sound could be improved.

But I like Whipped Cream.
