By the way the MS in MSNBC stands for Microsoft!
Not tuba, but freakish (in a good way) nonetheless...

I could kill Microsoft! I am a Mac user. Microsoft quit updating Internet Explorer at version 5.23. (You can't even download Internet Exploder from http://mactopia.com/ anymore!) I am not really so interested in seeing the kid; I have seen him before. Microsoft suggests using Safari, which is what I am using right now. They also quit updating the Windows Media Player for Macintosh. There is a plugin that can be used with Quicktime for Macintosh called Mac4All. It works on most Windows Media files, with a smoother picture than I have seen on most PCs. I wish the people who set up these sites would quit being so specific about what applications we need to use.

Personally, I don't hate Bill Gates. I think he is a good role model for kids. And he began with Steves Jobs and Wozniak. He is doing well and I respect him. I just don't like PCs.

I think if I were a guest of Jay Leno you might think the same things about me. I like David Letterman. At first, when he started on NBC, he seemed like the rudest man in the world. I don't know what happened but he made several changes in the way he interviewed people. He's not another Johnny Carson, who could assemble the strangest group of guests and come up with the most interesting talk show you could ever think of. I think it was after 9/11/01 that I really came to appreciate Dave and in the years afterwards; he is one of the few famous people who said what needed to be said at the time and never backed down from what he said.
And he knows how to act around children.

Dave said that the terrorists who attacked New York attacked everyone and the United States needs to go after terrorism in every way possible and stand behind the President in every way possible.

Another thing to consider, Dave's show gets a TV-PG rating, meaning it's appropriate for family viewing. Leno gets a TV-14, the same as an episode of NYPD Blue with nuditity and cussing.

That's what I miss- a late night network talk show with nudity and cussing!LoyalTubist wrote:Another thing to consider, Dave's show gets a TV-PG rating, meaning it's appropriate for family viewing. Leno gets a TV-14, the same as an episode of NYPD Blue with nuditity and cussing.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
