talk to your local repairman. He/she should have the parts and if not, be able to order it.

Yes, especially since it's probably the same M-W or VMI spring as found on their rotary 5-valve tubas.

My advice would be talk to Steve Rosse in Australia and his tuba business, which the name of it escapes me. He's probably the fastest and closest person who can get you a part. Just a thought.
