I can't help you find the part, but I can add an opinion.
Here it goes..........
After playing it 3 weeks ago with a festival orchestra I can say with confidence that the piece sucks. Hard for no reason. This piece should die.
With that said, let me wish you luck in finding the part, and if you ever play it a decent conductor.
