Recording Search: Winteregg

Post by smurphius »

Greetings all. I am in search of personal (to download) or professional (to buy) recording of Winteregg's "A Time For..." I have searched every place I can think for recorded tuba CD listings and have been unsuccessful in finding this work recorded. I hope maybe some of you have played them and have a recording available. Thanks!

Funny you should mention this. I met with Dr. Winteregg about two weeks ago in preparation for recording "A Time For..." this coming week for my solo CD. It should be available by spring if all goes well.

Haha! That is ironic! I'm looking to perform it on an April 13, 2007 recital, so if the CD is produced by then, I'll be one of the first to buy!

No, I can't say that I am. But I have to say it's pretty weird to think there is another Matt Murphy out there who also plays bass trombone!

Of course, we all should recognize the most famous of all Matt Murphys... Matt "Guitar" Murphy. Blues Brothers!

*shrug* :D

Well, there's Matt Murphy who won the Primary Election for State Senate in Illinois...

The Matt Murphy who's on the radio in Alabama...

The Matt Murphy who does lighting in New York

And the Matt Murphy who plays tight end for the Houston Texans
