This statement alone would make me suspect. The "German York/York Master" instruments never bore the "J.W. York and Sons" escutcheon and, while decent enough, were nothing like the old Grand Rapids Yorks. Oh, well, you can't blame them for marketing. I love the reference to the horn. Nobody will say Conn, but anybody who knows anything knows what 8D means and doesn't have to!
