14K?/32K? Conn sousaphone listing

Hi, I recently returned to lurking on the new TubeNet site, and I used to occasionally post at the old BBS.

I am thinking of bidding up to $650 or so on this Conn sousaphone http://cgi.ebay.com/Conn-Naked-Lady-BBb ... dZViewItem - what do you all think - fair price?

This would be for a second horn. Per the seller the bore is 0.730 " and the curb weight is 25 pounds. The serial number indicates it's circa 1930, so I'm thinking it's probably a 32K? or possibly a 14K. Can't see the "Naked Lady" engraving referred to in the description (dang).
