warm up routines

Post by JWRECU »

Does anybody know of any warm-up routines that are available for download on the web? I am looking for different things to do for fundamentals. Thanks.

If you are a member of ITEC, there are some downloads there.

It's not free, but I like the idea of the 20 minute warmup by Michael Davis.

Greetings,

I have some warmup and routine exercises on my website. Follow the link below, then click the BGSU Studio link, go to Lesson Materials. They are in pdf format. Free to the public.

Tim,

Thanks for making such great exercises available to the public. I really liked a lot of the stuff you have on there, and will print it out and pass it on to my students (as well as going over some of it myself  ).
