Bourgeois Concerto?

Does anyone have any information about this piece, other than length and who premiered it? I read about that in an old thread. Is it still published and, if so, where is it published? Also, does anoyone know the range of this piece? Sounds like an interesting solo to me. Any reply to these questions would be appreciated.
