Is this work available on the North American side of the big pond, or is Editions BIM the exclusive distributor?
Have Googled it extensively, but no luck. Any help appreciated.

BIM
Editions BIM is the publisher, but Sheet Music Service of Portland OR or Hickeys (800)-Hickeys SHOULD stock it. If not, call either of them and tell them to get it for you and they will then replenish their stock, hopefully.
