Does anyone know where I can get the sheet music from the CD "TUBA!", by Gerhard Meinl's Tuba Sextet online, specifically "Bruckner Etude" by Enrique Crespo.
The only thing I can find is the fax number for a publishing house in Germany.

Send a brief request to the fax number in Germany. Chances are very good their English is much, much better than your German (not knowing you personally), and quite passable to conduct business via fax.
In the fax, you could ask for an email address or a phone number for them, to facilitate communication further.
I had a question for the Willson folks in Switzerland, and my "auf English" email was replied to by Mr. Willi Kurath, in almost perfect English. He kindly provided me with a little German practice with a follow-up email, when I wrote back with a few lines of German (most likely not as good as his English).
Perhaps a cheaper strategy is to send an email to any related site you can find that is associated with Gerhard Meinl's group, and ask them to forward your email request for this info to the person who can help.
