Know the height of the tuba and the bell diameter, watch the descriptions closely. Look for pockets for mouthpiece, tuner, music folder. I've bought two over the years.

The first one was for a Yamaha 641. The fit was good but with use the squared off end on the rotor paddle support wore through the lining. Had to crawl in there and patch with iron on tape. No great trouble... once I squashed the spider that was crawling around in there.

The second was for a Miraphone 182. Fit was more or less adequate but the straps for back packing were not strong enough. Had to re-sew them.

If I were to do it again I think I'd make the effort to get to a good brass shop and look at the quality.

You have to be patient on eBay, waiting for the auction to conclude and if you win, waiting for your check to clear before seller ships. Mine took about two weeks, as I recall.

Have fun!!

I contacted them through Ebay for mine, as other channels didn't work very well. Dolly made me a bag for my new Miraphone 191 in about 10 days from first contact to delivery. I like the bag quite well, it has heavy foam and plastic stiffener panels to give a bit more dent resistance. I'm a little leery of the attachement of the backpack straps, but it's been almost six months and there's no sign of failure yet. The bag is of very high quality overall, she modified it for me to be a side loader and I got a color that isn't black.

I bought the brass butlre mouthpiece case from them. it was a good ebay transaction, and the case is useful keeping my MPs, oils, metronomes pencils etc all in one place.
also, it arrived in the UK in very good time.
