Tuba Part??

Is there a part for Saint-Saens' Introduction, Rondo and Allegro for violin and orchstra? Just saw it on the schedule.
BTW, is there somewhere (online) where orchestra piece instrumentation is available? I'd like to make suggestions for our community orchestra and knowing instrumentation beforehand would help. Instead of polling the Tube Net for info. (Geez, I can hear THAT punch line already)

Try Luck's Music Center. They have instrumentation for most works. I think this is it:
