Re: The New Tuba Source Book
I would buy now. The earlier edition was very popular, but has been out of print and hard to find.ebarr wrote:Is this a valuable resource to have? Is it worth getting new (at $75) or waiting until I might be able to find a used copy? I'm a hobby player who also gives lessons. It seems like something worthwhile for students alone.
I did a quick search earlier on Tubenet but couldn't find any reviews of it. What do ya'll think?

The New Tuba Source Book
It focuses just on tuba repertoire. You can get it from Barnes and Noble for $60. It is not as good as the original although I did not realize that there was quite this much stuff for tuba.
