Concerto questions

Anyone out there know how to get ahold of either of these two tunes?

Rodney Newton- Millenium Concerto
Julius Jacobsen - Tuba Buffo

Any insight on the Newton as a piece would be greatly appreciated!

Isn't Tuba Buffo published by BIM?

I got my copy of Tuba Buffo through Sheet Music Service of Portland.

The "Millenium" concerto is published by Studio Music in the UK. If you can't find it here, contact Stan K. at Studio.
