MW 2141 EEb Tuba for sale (spoken for)

Post by Rommel72 »

Alright, I had mentioned it earlier, so here is the offical post. I have a Silver MW 2141 EEb tuba for sale. It is 4 piston and 1 thumb rotor. I bought it used from Brasswind about 6 months ago for $4000. It has some wear and tear on in and looks as if some repair work was done on it at some point. It also has 2 dents in the bottom bow. Both were there when I got the horn. It plays very even in all the registers and has a great sound. The reason I am selling it is because I have decided to go back to F tuba. I had the thumb ring taken off because it was more comfortable to play that way, but of course I would include it with the horn to put it back on if needed. The serial number is 80615. I am asking $3400 for the horn and that includes shipping. There is no case or gig bag. I do have pics but don't know how to post them on here. If interested, please feel free to contact me on here, or email me at connman72@juno.com. Thanks.

UPDATE: The horn is currently spoken for, if the deal falls through, then I will put the horn back up for sale.
