Ok, here is a question I was wondering about. I have commissioned several pieces in the last several years. I did the premiers and all that fun stuff. Now a couple of these pieces have been published. So lets say that I have decided to record a CD and want to include these pieces. Do I have to pay for the right to record these pieces or do I already have the right since I commissioned for them to be written? I think I know the answer, but I wanted to hear everyone's thoughts. Thanks.

Re: Recording Question
Who owns the copyright? If it is not you, then whoever does own it gets to call the shots.Rommel72 wrote:Ok, here is a question I was wondering about.
