Gronitz PCM - silver

I'm helping my buddy sell his Gronitz PCM. It's a year and a half old, and is in excellent condition. Several local pros have tried this horn, and all love the way it plays. Very even from top to bottom, solid intonation, and a great low register. For a 4/4 instrument with light/easy response, it throws out a surprising amount of sound.

Price is somewhat flexible at $8500 (around $2K under new), and includes an MTS hard case and a gig bag. The horn is located in Southern California.

Tough to draw a basis for comparison without knowing what you're familiar with. We could say, "The Gronitz is like X, Y and Z", but if you don't know what X, Y and Z are like, then now we're looking at four horns to get input on!

If you give me some idea of horns you're familiar with, I'll do my best to compare/contrast.

Hey Chris, thanx for the bump! As it turns out, the horn was *just* purchased by the community college where my buddy and I play. Nice that we'll be able to "keep it in the family".
