Chicago Symphony Alpine Symphony concerts
Does anyone know who play the second tuba part for the CSO Alpine Symphony concerts this weekend? I went to the Sunday performance and it was amazing! It was also the first time I Heard the Organ at Symphony Center. It shook the hall!

hi
I was there in Chicago for DePaul audition and got a free ticket from one of the basson players in the CSO for the Saturday concert that was on the Brown Line Train with me on the way there.

You can still catch them in the U.S. They are on tour. Here is the info from their website:ZNC Dandy wrote:What did they perform? That is a phenomenal institution. Who was playing B flat? Jürgen Bednarz or David Cribb? I would have loved to have been able to make the trip.KiwiTuba wrote:Anybody else go hear Leipzig Gewandhaus on the friday night? Now that's what a B flat tuba should sound like!
