tuning slide trigger
i was just wondering who out there has put some sort of trigger on their euphoniums. I know of a couple people but I was just wondering if anyone with a yamaha 842S ever thought about putting one on there. I know...generally yamaha euphoniums shouldn't need a contraption like this...but unfortunately I play a certain way which I know is the reason for some of my intonation issues (they're not big issues but issues nonetheless). I would try to fix the problem, but we're talking about a problem that would take anywhere up to a year or more to fix, and I actually have a job and can't afford to take that sort of time off. besides, its working for me and I want to make it point to let everyone who hears me play know that there is not one set way to play. everyone is structured differently. but back to the trigger, do any of the yamaha euphers out there have one, and if so, where did you get it from and was it a pain to put it on?

I just put a main slide trigger on a Besson Prestige. I know guys who swear by them and others who wouldn't have one.
