Yahoo mail problems

Post by bttmbow »

Do any of you know how to contact yahoo by phone for some "customer" assistance?

I'd much rather talk to a person (AND wait on hold!) than email them from somebody else's address.

Thanks for possibly responding to such a question!

Their email servers have been down a lot lately. At least 3 times in the last week.

All e-mail servers are down from time to time. It does not surprise me that it also happens to Yahoo. I am accustomed to things not working here. Just wait. You will get what you need!
