Someone has already asked (about 7 years ago):

Amazing what Google can do, isn't it?

Honestly, I didn't find much outside of the fact that it's on one of Summit's albums, so I would assume that Summit publishes it as well, but I certainly could be wrong.

Just wanted to chime in. I am not aware of anyone publishing this piece - yet. There are a few bootleg copies of Sam's Finale parts floating around, but as of yet it is not available commercially.

I do believe that both Relentless Grooves I and II will be available in print (with acc. CD) later this year or perhaps next year from Focus on Music (Sam and Pat's publishing company). You can always try emailing Sam pilafian(at)asu.edu and asking to purchase a copy directly from him.

Happy hunting!
