Don't know where to get it but there is a recording of Mike Grose playing it on www.tubapeople.com. It's the whole song with windband accomp.

I am convinced that 90% of the problems with rhythm, tone, intonation, articulation, technique, and overall prowess on the horn are related to air issues.
