I guess I got everyone's attention with that one!
ALL RIGHT ALREADY!!!!
The bigger the avatars get... coupled with the ads and stuff on the right side of the screen... the narrower the window for the text gets.
You guys keep it up and there will be just a few spaces left for the message text! We'll have to scroll forever just to read some of the windy posts from Bloke or Elephant!

Sorry. All this came on the heels of the 'Wal-mart junk/stoopid band director' posts. ..... shortly before the proverbial 'why is it called EEb, CC, ??' post.Rick Denney wrote:You wanted to use the word "windy", and you didn't even think of me?TubaTinker wrote:I like your posts but I had to single out someone! The problem with avatars seems to be WIDTH. There is a frequent poster here who puts his car in his avatar. Unfortunately, at 200 pixels wide, it significantly narrows the width of the text for the entire page of the thread.
I wonder who got my MIB quote from the previous post?

I've thought about making tuba fountains for sale... but these days I hang on to all the spare parts I can. I may dry out the old Holton one of these days!ThomasDodd wrote:I'll buy that one.
