Wow..this should be amazing! I'm wondering if Steve is on sabbatical from Sydney or is their orchestra on tour simultaneously? That's a long commute from Australia..but then again, I'd gladly do it!

Excellent performance in Chicago the other night. I believe that it was the best performance by a visiting orchestra I have heard, and that includes New York, Berlin, Dresden, Concertgebouw, and St. Petersburg, to name a few.
Wonderful string sound, beautifully played winds, superb brass, and great overall orchestral balance and musicianship.
