Scale juries are long gone, but I've recently adopted the bucket "full on" so to speak in my practice regime.

Now, not only do I have all the scales in it--- but all of the advanced Bill Bell exercises, breathing exercises, Hipbone warm ups, and articulation exercises.
I really like the spontaneity it brings to my warm ups and "keep up" exercises that I do each day. It kind of takes the monotony out of it.
How many people do odd things like this? I know the bucket has been done before, but does anyone else do it as often as it seems like I am?
