Oh my god, I would SO get that heli, but I don't have the money at the moment. If it's still around in a few months, send me a PM. If it gets sold, let me know, too. I have been wanting something that I can start moving my electric/upright bass lines and grooves to. Doesn't work well on euphonium.

Nah, it's bigger than it might look. I have roughly the same thing, a couple decades later, and the dimensions match the current Cerveny Eb - 17 3/4 inch bell, .716 inch bore. Much larger (in size and tone) than their F helicon, which has the same bore. The ergonomics aren't faultless - as always with the helicons - but it seems fairly roomy to me. The valves look a little more compact here and thus a little leftwards of mine, which should make for a more natural wrist position.Chuck(G) wrote:Looks like it'd be a tight squeeze...

Then I guess I won't bother.duckskiff wrote:This seems to be a concern for a bunch of people that have contacted me. I'm not 'zackly a tiny chap (6'1", ca. 250#), and it fits me easily. I think you'd have to be approaching Jabba the Hut for this sucker not to fit.Bob1062 wrote: I don't think it'll fit me!!
