Wo.
This is shocking news. Milt was a great guy and strong musical influence on me especially during my Army Band days and when I got to work with him at the University of Maryland. He introduced me to so many new works, especially those of Jan Koetsier; his mentoring ultimately ended up in my Koetsier recording. This is extremely sad and untimely news, and I'm sure he'll be missed greatly in D.C. and around the world.

The news was a total shock at rehearsal this morning. Hard to fathom. Our condolences to all of Milt's friends and family.
