Hey, schlep...I'm in Stillwater, which is about 30 miles east and 15 miles north of Kingfisher. No problems at all here, but I've been waching the local coverage of the floods all morning. People are being rescued from housetops and stalled vehicles all over town.

I have some family in Watonga, which is where the water going into Kingfisher is coming from. Got a call this morning telling me they were fine, as their house in up on a hill (but quite near the river).

It's nasty today all over western and southern Oklahoma...a woman died from drowning in her tornado shelter in Fort Cobb last night while taking cover during a tornado warning for her area.
