WTB: hard case for a 3/4 front-action tuba

Post by WakinAZ »

OK, so I just got an Olds O-99 3/4 size BBb tuba (Thanks, TubaTinker!) It's 37" tall with a 16" bell. I'm looking for a hard case in good condition that will fit it. A case that would fit any of the smaller Conns (11J, 12J,15J) would work.

Taylor Music has what you want at a low price. I bought a case from them last year and was quite satisfied.

Yeah, that's my fallback position. I would really rather find a used case for less if possible. What will make or break it is how reasonable Taylor's shipping is.

UPS Oversized shipping is $120 per Taylor - ouch. Still looking for a used one...
