Anyway, I listened to the audio clip on the auction site and the narrator claims to have a store in Twin Falls Idaho. Is there anybody in that area who could drop by the "Great Tunes Direct Music" location? It would really be interesting to hear what the store looks like.

There's a disgruntled customer page devoted mainly to this enterprise, but if anyone visited the store in person, they didn't mention it. From a real estate listing that turns up, a building they're in is for sale. Formerly occupied by Peterson's Western Wear. I think there really is a store, with staff, but what they do besides heap abuse on complaining parents etc. over the phone, I don't know. Go over each instrument and make whatever adjustments are needed to insure it's playing its very best? Yeah, that's probably it.
