I am interested in purchasing "Capriccio Da Camera" (1979) for tuba solo
and
brass quintet, by Christe Danielsson. It is currently out of print and European publisher is only considering whether or not to reprint.

Good Luck!
I tried to purchase this work several years ago and ran into the same problems.
What a shame it is a great piece of music!
I performed this work on my senior recital at NU and found it in the music library.

I don't remember what company but I bought it from some place in the UK. It was 25 pounds/$45 with shipping. Played it on my Masters recital at Juilliard. If I can find out where I got it, I'll post it. For now, check music stores in the UK.

It's been an interesting and on-going attempt at procuring this composition. At present it appears that the European publisher has a USA representative, Elkin Music International Inc.

phone (828) 651 9828.
When contacted, Elkin's representative was familiar with the work and is going to check on its availability.
This is becoming an interesting challenge.

Hi "Aco" and any others who are interested in being able to purchase Christe Danielsson's "Capriccio Da Camera" for solo tuba and brass quintet.
Today I received feedback from the American distributor for the European publisher saying, "The piece is indeed available and I can import it.
Thanks,
Tim"
