Looking for recording of John Stevens Euph concerto (2004)

I believe that Brian Bowman played this a few years back at the US Army Tuba Euphonium Conference. I know that they (had) recordings online of their various live concerts. I would check to see when and where he played it - - - and if there is a link to that concert, just so you could check it out. Maybe one of the DC service guys could chime in and help this guy out.
