I don't know about the Snell arrangement, but Kyle Krejeci (a2ba4u) arranged a version for Brass Choir a few years ago. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend his arrangement. He posts on Tubenet once and a while if I were you I'd get in contact with him through PM or email and see if his arrangement would work for you.
