Post by tubabike »

Dear Friends of the Monumental Brass Quintet,

We are very pleased to invite you to join us at the Millennium Stage at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, DC for a FREE Holiday concert at 12pm on Monday 12/24- Christmas Eve!

Many of you have caught our Christmas Eve and Fourth of July performances at the Millennium Stage in the past and I'm sure you will not want to miss this one!

We will be playing many of our signature Holiday arrangements from our CD 'A Christmas Presence.' We are also likely to play a few samples from our soon to be released new album 'A Sacred Circle.'

Remember to visit our webpage (www.monumnetalbrass.org) for information on our other events and news on the soon to be released 'A Sacred Circle!'

We wish you all the best this Holiday Season!

Holiday Concert Today in MD!!

Post by tubabike »

Dear Friends,

We will be giving a Holiday Concert with a similar program as the one above today- Sunday 12/16/7 @ 7:00pm in Howard County, MD. We will be performing at the home of our Summer Brass Institute at St. Mark's Episcopal Church- 12700 Hall Shop Road- Highland, MD. The concert is free but there will be a goodwill offering for the church.

The concert at the Kennedy Center on Christmas Eve will feature a couple more tunes from our soon to be released new album A Sacred Circle. Both concerts will feature many of our favorite Holiday arrangements including those done by Rob Roy McGregor, Sam Pilafian, and Errol Weiss Schlabach!! At the concert today we will be including a special sing along set as well.

We hope to see you at one of our Holiday events this season!
