Does anyone have the Hindemith Sonata programmed into a MIDI file or know where I can get a hold of it in that format?

I have a recording of just the accomp. and the accomp. + metronome. It is currently in my iTunes but I am unsure how to convert to Midi or email a sound file.
I live in East Amherst, NY so if you're in the area let me know and I'll burn you a copy or if you can tell me how to send it over the net I'l do that as well.
