gosh, I have brain cramp....who was that composer that a couple years ago we all put in some money to commision a suite of four pieces named after the seasons? Aaack. Anyhow, if anyone can remember what these are, they seem quite playable to me. Intermediate level. How about Jay Vosk's Fantasy Duo for tuba and horn? That one's pretty cool.

That Concerto in One Movement, I bought recently. It is WAAAYY harder than Beezlebub. I don't think they should be mentioned as being on the same level. Beezlebub follows a linear, logical progression in the old classic tuba solo format, theme and variations. The Concerto is all over the place. Not atonal, modern all over the place, but different.
