MP3 player recomendations

Post by Chadtuba »

So I'm looking for a new mp3 player as I'm having issues with my current one (Creative Nomad zen xtra). Would prefer 30+gb with one that has the plays for sure thing happening for it so from what I've read that puts out ipod and zune, but I don't know much about anything else about whats out there or even if the information I just stated is correct so I'm asking for some help. I use this for personal listening and for school with all my classes so it's a very important piece of equipment to me.

I've been looking at the Toshiba Gigabeat as I can get them pretty inexpensively off of ebay in 30-60gb formats, but again I don't know anything about it.

Thanks.

Bueller. . .

Farris Bueller. . .

Nobody has any advice on this one? Time to put the 8 tracks away and join up with the 21st century :D .

Just a fun little bump. Thanks!

I have a Samsung 1Gb player, and I think it's more versatile and useful than my iPod is. I don't know if they make anything with the kind of capacity you're looking for, but could be worth a check.

For plays-for-sure, I'd check out this website:

Looks like the creative zen:m works with that, so there's a consideration for you.
