Tuba Quartet Arrangements for the Alfred Bert Carols?

In June of '05 I started the process of seeking permission to publish 3 Alfred Burt carols arranged for quartet. They are great charts! But gaining permission has been an interesting process - just not high on their priority I guess.

Its been in the works... and I hope to report here some day that they are available.

I am in the same boat with a bunch of Brass Quintet charts. Great charts, but....

Ditto here. The Burt Carols are mired in copyright.
But absolutely wonderful little gems of music.
