I don't quite 'get' this one. I would just ask the seller, but he's already mentioned that he doesn't know much about tubas. The open bugle appears to have enough tubing in it for the horn to be a BBb horn... especially with the tuning slide in the leadpipe. But... the third valve circuit looks waaay short... like it's missing one of those double-looped slides. Any ideas?
