Who knows. If the horn is good, then so be it. BUT, it has been my experience that one lie usually begets another. YMMV.

I would like to know more about the horn, though. Any chance of posting some specs and pics?

Looks like the standard PT-1, Sonora, Schneider, etc. clone. I REALLY like the design and never have played a bad one in any of their various incarnations, although I have not played the Chinese clone, but it is probably pretty good. If the fit and finish are good and I could still play, I'd buy it. Can't beat the price.

Like the fact that the pics are not all of the same horn? If you look closely, you'll notice that they are pics of three different tubas.
The bell flair was my first clue, and then I noticed the main tuning slide: vertical on one and horizontal on the other. Hmmm... My guess is that the horn in the case is the instrument they offer, and the other two pics (suspiciously similar to a Cerveny and an MW) are borrowed from somewhere else on the web.

I agree 100%. I'd love to get a decent 4/4 horn for that price, but if I got this one, I'd be afraid of the case of buyer's remorse I might get, and $1910.00 is too darned expensive for a flower pot.

Another troubling clue that something is wrong is the tuba in the case HAS ONLY THREE VALVES!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't matter that the tuning slide is
vertical Image then horizontal Image

nor how many valves you get,

Image

you get a case with wheels, man!

But it's a flower pot ("ceramic" -- high-tech stuff, man! ) in a case ... with wheels, no less! What a deal ...
