Anyone seen or tried one of these?

After many years of concert experience and teaching brass instruments, Hubert Wegscheider developed the idea of a massage device which would provide relief for brass players' tired lips.

Thirteen years ago, he made the first prototype - built from an old battery driven razor. It´s taken years of development and perfection but now, the ideal device for all brass and double reed players is in the market!

VIBRASS Lederer KEG was founded in autumn 2005. In winter 2005, the first prototype of the finished product was finally ready.

After many plans, discussions, meetings with designers and technicians, and with much personal engagement at last, in the autumn of 2006, the production of the first test models could begin. In November and December, VIBRASS was being tested by professional musicians and in March 2007 VIBRASS was officially presented and today you're a visitor on our website.

Interesting...I can think of better ways to get a lip massage, though...

And, no choice of "USA" on the order sheet, only Euro prices given.

I don't know.....remember what happened in the movie, "The Jerk"? A great invention that backfired...you wake up in the middle of the night, and your lips are vibrating the frequency of your massager, or....the next mornign you get up and you can only buzz the frequency of the massager..or...you become so addicted that you take the massager everywhere and are ostracized from society....

I keep trying to refrain from posting on this thread, but I just can't. I won't post what I really think, because it would and should definitely be censored. But I will say to me it looks more like something that would be more "adult" oriented in its use, rather than an actual theraputic use as, for example, a real back massager.

Unabashed opinion only. Please feel free to set it up on a target board and fire away.

Let me be the first cynic to the previous posters.

Has anyone actually ever tried this? Unlike the acousticoil, I could actually see where this might be of SOME use.

These could definitely be used in the drum corps setting, or other settings where you could potentially get a lot of lactic acid and la-knots build-up. No?

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
