Howdy!
Does anyone know if Poulenc's "Les animaux modeles" has a tuba part? If so, do you know anything about it? I gather that the work is not commonly performed.
I just got a call to do a program this Sunday, that includes that work, and just wanted to get an idea of what to expect.
Thanks!

The piece isn't listed in Daniels.
I hope for your sake it isn't "The Story of Babar the Elephant", which has an incredibly difficult tuba part. I know this is kind of a stretch, but I have seen weirder things happen. I think they would have noticed that title, though.
I would be interested to know what piece it ends up being and if it, indeed, does have a tuba part.
