Martin Leadpipe pictures

Post by bububassboner »

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some good pictures of an old Martin adjustable leadpipe. Hopefully something I can print.
Thanks in advance.

Check your private messages-I have three good pics but have no clue as to how to post pictures here.

About those sousaphone bits that were posted.....

To the original poster... IF that's what you are looking for, the original Martin bits are going to be really hard to find. The ones that Allied offers for Bundy replacements will work with very slight modification to the tenon that mates to the neck.

I forgot to mention that there is another version of the Martin adjustable leadpipe with more of an "S" shape to it. They were only used during certain years and I do not have one myself. Also the leadpipe I photographed is for a top-action horn-the side action models probably had the screw tensioner mounted in the opposite direction.
