Hi,
I'm looking for the exact instrumentation (something like 2222 4230 + ?) of the Concerto for tuba by John Williams.
Someone have any idea?
Thank you,
SM

There it is!
I finally found the orchestration. It is a good thing to know to subsribe to a concerto competition.
The concerto is scored for solo tuba plus an orchestra consisting of three flutes (one doubling piccolo), two oboes, English horn, two clarinets, two bassoons, four horns, three trumpets, two trombones, timpani, percussion, piano (doubling celesta), harp and strings.
