I wonder what kind of choices were offered at the hotel breakfast buffet? I'm sure the kimchi omelet was a huge hit!

Sad part is that meanwhile the North Koreans are starving.

Never had a kimchi omelet, but once I did get a serious surprise south of Seoul with what looked like a half-pear in its juice, dusted with cinnamon. It was really a fermented horseradishy tuber from hell soaked in brine and dusted with red pepper.

Alan looks and sounds great. Just be sure to drink and brush your teeth with the BOTTLED water!
